  1. Good mental health is so important. I’ve sought counsel in the past and I would do it again if need be. One of the biggest things for me is getting good rest. Although I suffer from insomnia, I do try to get enough sleep and also meditation

  2. Great post, and something I recently discovered myself.

    Like anything with our bodies, you need to use it or loose it, and I certainly didn’t pay attention to my mental health, so my memory began to slightly decline, and I slowed my cognition down as well. Thankfully, my game console came into play with a Brain Training game. It’s something very small, but it’s surprising how well it helps your brain function during the day. Thanks for posting
