  1. This is a very smart idea. Even if you are one person, you can write down the steps on how you do things. When the time comes and you need to hire someone to do it, you already have the basis of a training manual and then you can tweak it at the suggestion of others or as you modify how YOU do things. One less thing to worry about later 🙂
