Students walk to class at Pittsburgh Carmalt PreK-8, a science and technology magnet school located in Pittsburgh’s Brookline community. With an enrollment of over 500 students, the school emphasizes the Pennsylvania learning standards in reading, math, science, social studies, art, music and physical education.
