Some people find serenity one day per week by reviewing the news they have missed during the course of the week. If you are one of those people, this is the place for you! Here are the things we covered on Janeane’s World this week.
We started the week talking about how easy and important it is to create family traditions. It can give a sense of serenity to realize that with just a little effort, you can create household traditions that will make life easier and happier for your family. A happy family leads to a happy life. Click here to check out Find Serenity and Joy With Strong Household Traditions.
Our article entitled which discussed the #Brexit vote and a speech given by Jesse Williams at the BET awards was given some high praise when it was featured on the BlogHer site. I am a SheKnows Expert over there so it was quite a thrill. I liked the article because it talked about the fact that today is a great day for taking back control when it comes to your life and your power to not just to survive, but to thrive. The world buzzing with talk of xenophobia, racism and sending people home. Take action now to stand up for what is right. Click here to check out When the Real and the Magic Start to Fight Back.
Like most children across the United States, my children are home from school for summer vacation. I do not want them to forget all they have learned this past year, so I used my Verizon FIOS service to create a great summer school program for them. Since school is officially over and it is time for the “I’m bored Mom, what can I do” season to begin all across the nation. I have experienced this season many times and have come up with a cure that works at our house. Feel free to adapt it to work at your house. Click here to check out #NoBoredKids with Verizon FIOS!
