Commit to Take Action Now With An Accountability Group — 5 Comments

  1. Honestly I am not really a joiner. I don’t have a formal accountability group and I don’t work at my best within that kind of formal strucuture. The people who hold me accountable are my freinds, family, and my readers. I know they are looking to me for new posts. My family and freinds are aware of my goals and know how to be supportive and encouragin in a way that brings out the best in me and keeps me on track.

  2. Accountability groups are a great Blessing to have. In both business and personal life. Thanks for sharing

  3. Being accountable to someone other than yourself is a great way to get motivated to get things done. I have a few friends that I stay in contact with throughout the day, and while some of them are fiction writers as opposed to bloggers – our end goal (productivity) is all the same. It helps to have someone bugging you when you need to be bugged!

  4. Like Dresden, I have a close group of friends that fit this for me. We hold each other accountable to our goals, both large and small. They have become a huge part of my life.

  5. I really love the idea of having an accountability group. I have a close group of friends that sort of fit this role – they are “allowed” to nag me about my goals 🙂 By the way – I seriously LOVE the support that see Pushing Lovely give each other on social networks – it’s inspiring.

How do these ideas work in your world?
