Wonderful Wednesday – Start with the Evening in Mind — 4 Comments

  1. I am trying to be organized so I can go to be happy and satisfied.I need a list and a plan to make sure I get done all I need to get done. I am working on it! I am glad you like the new design. It took forever to find one because I was determined to keep Brandi’s header!

  2. I am glad you shared your $.02 with everyone here. Just as there will be people who learn from and appreciate my view, there will be people who will find comfort and good results in your method. It is about sharing, the conversation, so thanks for adding your piece.

  3. If we don’t know where we are going, how do we get there? I like the idea of feeling satisfied and accomplished when I go to sleep so there are no lingering thoughts to keep me awake. I like to write a sticky note and put in order of priority what needs to get done and I go down the list. Some days I get through the entire sticky note and some days no, but I get the most important things out of the way. Prioritize is good, something I got from Brian Tracy’s Eat that Frog. I have the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, my list of books to read is long :/ Great Post! Loving the new design!

  4. I’m actually the opposite when it comes to my days. I start by not focusing to much on the evening. I do keep a to-do list of 6 things I want to accomplish each day but don’t really think about the evening. I like to take the days moment by moment really being intentional about cherishing the right now and letting the later worry about it’s self. his doesn’t mean that I don’t plan for the future such as what I will do in the evening but I don’t get to much into details. I like to let God surprise me. I just go with the flow of the day and try to remain present in the presence of God constantly seeking Hos direction for my daily moment by moment decisions. It’s not easy living like this but is stress less and peaceful not looking to far into or trying to plan to much of my days. God does a better job than I could anyway. That’s just my $0.02
