  7. I would hate to work for someone who tried to micromanage me! If I had employees my supervisory style would require them to be competently trained and set up the guidelines. There would be some flexibility for their style, as long as it fit the guidelines.

  8. If I had employees – I would make sure to hire employees I could truly TRUST to get the job done. Then I would let them “free” to get things accomplished within a set window!
