  21. I love to make pulled pork…slow smoke on the BBQ, then finish out in sauce in the crockpot. Lots of dry rub and sauce with a little bite to it. We eat lots of pork. It’s my husband’s favorite!

    1⁄2 cup water
    1⁄3 cup light soy sauce
    1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
    3 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
    2 garlic cloves, minced

  31. There’s nothing better than grilled pork chops! I’ve been making a brown sugar grilled pork chop recipe for years and it’s a a family favorite.

  32. oh hon, the things I do with pork LOL….I make a kick butt greek pork tenderloin, melt in your mouth country ribs and pork chops that are crispy on the outside, moist on the inside sprinkled with lime juice and hot sauce…dang…now I’m hungry!

  36. Being from Iowa, I have admit we know our pork! We eat it quite a bit and it is truly the other white meaat. It is so versaatile and can be seasoned and served so many ways.

  37. I love to spice up my pork and cook it with jalapeño peppers! It is delicious!

  38. I love the summer because grilled pork is my THING! Grilled pork chops, ribs… yum! Looks great. I’ve learned to marinade or dry rub my pork before cooking. Makes all the difference. Total yum. Those chops look delicious.

  40. I love to marinate my pork in my own “SECRET” dry rub recipe for about 12 hours. Then cook it on a charcoal grill. The meat just melts in your mouth. YUMM!!

  42. Does morning swine count? Otherwise my favorite to cook are ribs, in my slow cooker or on the grill. They have to be marinated at least 12 hours or more (because I forget them!) and the prepared.

  43. I love pork and actually prefer it over beef. Growing up my mother made it tons of different ways and my love for it has grown. About 2 weeks ago we had some curry pork and potatoes inside foil packs, prepared on the grill – AMAZING! I’m looking forward to you sharing more of yourpork recipes!
