  1. Training is never complete. Change is a fact of life. Having the training program in writing is a good idea. That way every employee has the exact same info and saves with the frustration of conflicting information.

  6. When I had an office manager/assistant I had a written Operations Manual. This made the system ‘fool proof’. Except I did hire someone that made that comment a joke! smh
