Thank you to the fine folks at Verizon FIOS for sponsoring this article. All the opinions found in here are mine alone.
I have been a Verizon FIOS ambassador for quite a while now. It has ben an amazing experience. If you are a Verizon FIOS customer, then you know how wonderful it is. If you are not a Verizon FIOS customer, you really should become one.
Some brand ambassadors get special treatment. When they sign up with a company they get special access numbers and special services and benefits not available to other customers. That is not how it works with Verizon FIOS. When we sign up for Verizon FIOS service, we go to the same phone number that everyone else in America calls. WE call and make an appointment for installation just like you would. If you want to check it out yourself, go to www.verizon.com and select the option for residential service.
Verizon FIOS has amazing packages to cover your telephone, internet and phone services. At my house we use all three. Verizon has a variety of packages pre-set. Even better is the fact that you can design your own package. This means if you need more internet and less television you can order that kind of package. If you need more television and less internet, simply select that option. The world is your oyster!
What is even better is the fact that no matter what option you selection, you can talk to customer service and they will look at your plan and help you to get more for the same money or less. Last week I wanted to move the television from my living room to the family room. That is all I wanted. The customer service rep asked if she could look at my account to make sure I was getting the best options possible. It turned out that I wasn’t. In fact, if I agreed to pay less money each month, I could actually get more television channels including a television package my husband and son had asked me about. Yes, you read that correctly. The people at Verizon FIOS actually asked if they could SAVE me money and give me more service!
A few years ago, there was a phone recording of horrible customer service with one of Verizon FIOS’s competitors. The customer service was so horrible that people all across the country couldn’t believe it and began sharing their own horrible customer service stories. My experience with Verizon FIOS is the opposite of that. I have always found the customer service people to be so kind, considerate and helpful.
Verizon FIOS has embraced the modern age also. I scheduled the appointment to move the service and then needed to move the date. My children did not clean the family room the way I asked to the morning of the install, I went online and was able to change the installation appointment with just a few taps on my smart phone using the My FIOS app.
If you have read my posts before, you know that my twins like to use the cordless home phones to play Marco Polo. Today, I was expecting a telephone call on the home phone and both phones were dead! In the past, this would have been a problem. But not with my Verizon FIOS phone service. I simply pulled out my phone and forwarded the home phone to my smart phone and even went on with life. It was great. When I had to leave the house to run a quick errand, I didn’t have to worry about missing the call because the home phone was forwarded to my smart phone and went with me. It is called, WINNING! No more sitting around the house waiting for a call. You can live life confident that you will not miss calls because they will follow you where you go.
I am excited about the new television channels. I am looking forward to the television being moved from one end of the house to the other. Check me out next month so I can let you know how my family enjoyed the new television stations and the new television location.
