Verizon FiOS quite simply, just makes life better at my house. I have been a brand ambassador for several companies. Each time I have been called upon to be an ambassador for a product or service, I was indeed honored, proud and happy to share my experiences with my readers. As an ambassador for Verizon FiOS, I am not given any guidance on what to share with you or how to use the products and services. Instead, Verizon asked me to use the FiOS service just like any other consumer would.
I called the regular number for an installation appointment. While I was out of town at a conference, the service was installed and my husband and children used the phone, internet and television before I got home. When I had questions about parental controls or when the sound stopped working, I called the same number every other customer would call. I am happy to be able to report that all my questions were always answered by kind, patient and helpful customer service and technical people.
I am not going to tell you that Verizon FiOS is as exciting as the invention of the wheel. I am not going to tell you that Verizon FiOS will make fireworks go off at your house. What I will tell you is that, it simply makes life better. My children no longer have to fight over who will get to go on the internet when. My husband can use the internet to make ViOP calls and work from home. My son can download his homework assignments. I can do whatever I want on the internet and the connection is fast and reliable. So, while FiOS is not fireworks and the 4th of July, it is reliable, fast and works. That may not seem like a lot, but when you are used to an internet connection that was sssslllllllooooooowwwwwwwwwww, Verizon is a welcome and enjoyable thing.
